The ‘ID Service’ is provided as per the definition and safety24.co.uk will endeavour to facilitate the return of all items of property, people or pets reported as found and bearing a safety24.co.uk device with a legible ID number which is communicated to the safety24.co.uk Incident response team. safety24.co.uk will not be responsible for being unable to communicate with an owner of property or pets found or family of persons found, when the contact record of that person or family has become redundant or the telephone numbers are not answered after a reasonable number of attempts by safety24.co.uk staff, determined by the workload at the time. safety24.co.uk will endeavour to continue the ‘ID Service’ at all times, however should the ‘ID Service’ ‘Incident Response Centre’ cease to function for any reason or for any period of time, safety24.co.uk will endeavour to place the service with a third party provider if possible but do not guarantee to be able to do so.
